Aims
All participants will develop a greater knowledge and confidence in working with people with dementia and their carers. They will be able to identify what needs to change in their organisation and/or service(s) to enhance the quality and relevance of services that are provided and what this means for the people they manage and local partners they work with.
The course will require delegates to create a plan for taking this forward and will require some in house work between learning sets.
