Eastern Region Housing LIN/ ADASS Meeting - Stevenage
Event date
Description
This joint event from the Housing HLIN and Association of Directors of Adult Social Services (ADASS) looks to build on the recent relaunch of the Health and Housing Memorandum of Understanding to develop improved quality services across health, housing and adult care. It will facilitate better joint working across the Eastern region and highlight best practice to improve health and wellbeing across our communities.
Key speakers from health housing and adult care who are at the heart of national policy will explore the current issues and future opportunities. This will be supplemented by local eastern region examples of best practice that demonstrate what can be done to innovate and create new models of service delivery.
