This HAPPI Hour session will:
- share the lessons and findings from the DLUHC commissioned research and report, 'Those little connections’: Community-led Housing and Isolation (opens new window), undertaken by the universities
- explore the distinguishing features of community-led housing and co-housing that shape the social and physical connections, such as activities, design and space, and
- hear the lived experience of residents on how these features helped foster improved connectedness
