Feedback
- A wonderful snapshot of issues brought together to help forge greater housing choice and quality.
- It was very invigorating and useful to learn about the work being done on this subject and has given me a lot of food for thought to take back to my colleagues in housing.
- Detailed information and insight showing what can be achieved by being client centred and working collaboratively.

Overview
To address the growing housing demand, Bath and North Somerset Council (B&NES) is embarking on the development of supported and social housing through its B&NES Homes program, aligning with its commitment to deliver ‘the right homes in the right places’.
In this webinar, Arcadis shares how they have been engaged by the Council to design a distinctive landscape-led development comprising 16 houses and a clubhouse. This project aims to establish an exemplary community of purpose-built housing tailored for individuals living independently but requiring care and support due to learning disabilities and Autism.
You'll also gain valuable insights from NHS England on how they are working across local health, housing and care economies to improve the supply and quality of accommodation. In addition, the session draws on the experience of local commissioning arrangements and explores examples of new schemes that are coming off the drawing board to improve the range of housing choices available.
