Overview
In association with PROcare Ltd and Invisible Creations, this HAPPI Hour session takes a tour of several exciting projects and programmes that enable people to stay independent for longer or regain their independence.
These initiatives span from new neighbourhood apartments that offer step down/step up facilities and accessing advice and information services whilst still in hospital, to installing inclusively-designed aids and adaptations, as well as future-proofing their homes
