Feedback
- Very informative, great selection of speakers, with practical experience and knowledge.
- Extremely valuable, inclusive and informative.
- Challenged me to consider if my team really do have this type of conversation with our clients and how they can be improved.
- Very helpful information which gave insights into a difficult subject.
