Homes for living forum, Accessibility and the new housing standard
Event date
Description
This event will be held from 12noon to 4.30pm
The Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) has now launched the review of housing standards consultation. Join Habinteg Housing Association at the Homes for Living Forum on Tuesday 17 September 2013 for an in-depth look at the proposed standard around accessibility and its ability to deliver inclusive, cost effective homes both now and for the future. The proposal to develop a system of accessibility tiers (level 1, 2 and 3) and the optional application of intermediate and wheelchair accessible housing (level 3) provides plenty to discuss.
Tickets are on sale until 12pm, Friday 13 September 2013.
