The best way to ensure housing that is tailor made for potential residents is for them to be fully engaged from the outset. At this seminar we will hear about progress with one the very few co-housing schemes in the UK, developed due to the determination and foresight of a group of women in London. Find out more about the Design Council's work on community led housing and learn how resident engagement has been at the heart of a large regeneration programme by C&C Housing of housing for older people.
