Making the Most of Technology in Housing and Care – Pushing the Boundaries
Event date
Description
Experience and surveys (including for the Housing LIN and Appello) suggest that housing (and care) providers are not currently making the most of technology and digital solutions in their services. Some are leading the way, with many pilot projects and small-scale initiatives; however, mainstream utilisation of technology is not the norm. At the same time, there are some positive stories across the sector - and we are keen to learn from them.
This event will aim to understand why many housing providers are not embracing technology at scale, and to explore their needs, their challenges, and what partners and suppliers can do to support them to implement technology that benefits their organisation and ultimately, the lives of their residents. It will also celebrate some examples of positive innovation in this area, and highlight any success factors which can be identified.
Please do come along and share your knowledge, experience, and insights, to help contribute to a better shared understanding of how we can fully realise the potential of digital and technology solutions in housing and care services.
