Expert speakers from a variety of backgrounds (academics, third sector organisations, housing providers and carers of people living with dementia) will be giving an insight into:
- The importance of maintaining contact with nature for people living with dementia;
- Recent research exploring nature-based dementia care in long-term accommodation and care settings, its potential impact, enablers and barriers to provision and access to the outdoors for people living with dementia;
- Organisations, programmes and projects that provide nature-based activities for people living with dementia.
