Shaping Housing Markets and Services for our Ageing Population - York Racecourse (supported by the Housing LIN)

Event date

Description

Over the next 15 years there will be a 51% rise in those aged over 65 in England and a 101% increase in those aged over 85. This increase in the number of older people will have a profound impact on a wide range of public services. This is not a niche market: over 5.5 million households in England are made up of people over 65 and three quarters of these are owner occupiers.
