Sheltered Housing Conference (supported by the Housing LIN)

Event date

Description

A One Day National Conference supported by the Housing LIN

Wednesday 30th September - Central London

This Sheltered Housing Conference provides a crucial policy update on the future of accommodation for older people under the new government.

Bringing together leading Chief Executives, the Homes and Communities Agency and the Department for Work and Pensions, attend this event to receive an important update on the future of sheltered housing and develop innovative solutions to plan, design and deliver affordable and sustainable sheltered housing schemes.

As housing providers and commissioners adapt to a changing funding landscape, new roles and responsibilities under the Care Act and an increasingly ageing population, this well-timed event will equip you with tools to overcome the challenges of delivering affordable and high quality housing to a diverse older population.
