Bristol's Better Lives at HOME project
The theme for this event has been guided by the recent APPG on Social Integration, 'Healing the Generational Divide' as well as Bristol City Council's Better Lives at HOME project, which seeks to enable;
- People live their lives, as independently as possible in whatever setting HOME is located within wider, age friendly inclusive communities.
- Step change in development, provision and effectiveness (quality and affordability) of HOME with care and support: a positive alternative to residential care, supporting improved outcomes.
