The Digital Switchover presents enormous operational risks and logistical challenges for the housing with care sector and manufacturers alike as systems and services supported by analogue transfer to digital by December 2025.

Managing these risks requires operators, commissioners and suppliers to urgently scope out what their digital transformation programme is going to look like. 

To achieve this, with the upcoming TAPPI (Technology for our Ageing Population: Panel for Innovation) research launch, we are delighted to bring you a sneak preview of the work of the TAPPI 'testbeds' and take a wider look at how telecare, digital and assistive technologies can best facilitate care and support at home.
