A Lifestory Group retirement living development wins a RIBA South East Award

We are delighted to see that Lifestory Group’s stylish retirement living development, featuring 53 apartments available for rent or sale in Cobham, Surrey, has been named one of the winners of the 2024 RIBA South East Awards.

Designed by Coffey Architects for Pegasus, Cobham Bowers, this development replaces a derelict office building and has been awarded a 2024 RIBA South East Award for its well-designed, sophisticated homes for those wishing to downsize or move into accommodation more suitable for later living.
