Contribute to the Commission on the Role of Housing in the Future of Care

The Social Care Institute for Excellence (SCIE) is overseeing a Commission (opens new window) to enable greater choice and availability of housing that facilitates care and support for older adults. They are particularly interested to hear the voices of older people who use care and support services, their families and carers and from the voices of frontline managers who provide housing and care/support services and from BAME and LGBTQ+ communities.

The Housing LIN is proud to be represented on the Commission and we encourage our members to complete their survey. If you have experience of care homes, extra care, supported living, retirement housing, Shared Lives or other housing that supports care for adults aged 65+, please share your views.
