The Competition and Markets Authority update on work in housing sector
The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) have published two updates; the first on consumer protection work in rented housing and the second a housebuilding market study.
Updated Telecare Stakeholder Action Plan published
The government has published its first update to last year’s Telecare Stakeholder Action Plan. This update sets out the work it has been taking forward since in the initial publication in December 2022.
Housing LIN welcomes the Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act
The Supported Housing (Regulatory Oversight) Act became law on 29 August 2023. At Housing LIN, we aim to support local authorities and their partners to develop the type of evidence base and a subsequent plan, as required by the Act.
