Digital switchover readiness survey

NHSX, a joint unit of the Department of Health & Social Care and NHS England & Improvement with a focus on digital development, have commissioned technology consultancy FarrPoint to report on the readiness of England’s telecare services ahead of the telephone network moving to digital.

A survey (opens new window) is now open until 22 October for those commissioning, delivering and supplying telecare services and equipment.

This work is supported by the Local Government Association, the Association of Adult Directors of Social Services and the TSA (Technology Enabled Care Services Association).

Findings will inform NHSX awareness guidance in the new year.
