Extra care housing shortlisted in RIBA regional awards

RIBA (opens new window) has announced the shortlisted architects’ practices for this year’s regional awards. Nearly 100 completed developments have been highlight of which 2 are purpose-built for older people, including extra care housing, and another incorporates multi-generational living.

In Yorkshire, PRP architects have been shortlisted for their work for the Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust’s New Earswick Garden Village in York. In Chelmsford, PTE architects have been shortlisted in the Eastern region for City Park West and PRP have been shortlisted for Chobham Manor in London.
