First Housing LIN SW Leadership Set meeting of the year inspires!

The first SW Leadership Set meeting of the year took place this week. Regional housing, health and social care leaders from across the region were treated to an inspiring presentation by Bromford Lab’s (opens new window) Innovation Coach, Paul Taylor (opens new window), on the organisational gains that can be achieved by creating a culture of learning and improvement; from embracing innovation and managing change to supporting staff development and empowering customers.

The group's wide-ranging discussion covered strength-based approaches and made reference to neighbourhood coaching, which are among the topics featured in the Housing LIN CollaborAGE Directory of Practice.
