Free Training - Accredited Trusted Advisor Course Available Now!

On June 9th and 10th at Care & Repair Cymru’s headquarters in Cardiff, TACT (Trusted Assessing and Care Training) are running two showcase training days for staff involved in providing information and advice to the public on home adaptations.

Trusted Advisor: Triaging and Advising on Independent Living (opens new window) is a one-day course accredited at level two and delivered by TACT, a leading national provider of training on equipment and home adaptations.

Learn about:

• A range of common health conditions
• Types of equipment and adaptations that can help
• How health and social care is organised
• Techniques in communicating with older and disabled people

They are offering a limited number of free places to organisations in Wales involved in caring and supporting older and disabled people to try-out the Trusted Advisor course.
