Future Leaders Programme 2023/24 welcomes 3rd cohort of inspiring participants

We were delighted to welcome the 3rd cohort of inspiring participants on this year's Future Leaders Programme, during yesterday's first get-together, kindly hosted by Inspired Villages at their Elderswell Retirement Village in Bedford.

We were joined by guest speakers Lawrence Cramer, People & Culture Director at IVG, Jack Baldan, Housing Investment Officer at Waltham Forest Council and last year's participant, and Jamie Bunce, the CEO at IVG. They extended a warm welcome and facilitated powerful discussions about what good leadership looks like in the housing sector.

This programme offers a unique and invaluable opportunity for our future leaders to learn directly from industry leaders about their sources of inspiration and influences. By understanding the qualities these leaders sought and cultivated, attendees can develop their own leadership styles and enhance their credentials. Each session will encourage open discussion and skill-sharing, creating a collaborative and enriching learning environment.
