Future Leaders’ Programme 2nd cohort intake

We are delighted to announce that 7 early career professionals have been invited to join the 2nd cohort of our Future Leaders’ Programme (FLP).

Speaking at the Housing LIN Summit session on sector leadership, Chris Smith – Executive Director of Business Growth at Thirteen Group and sponsor of the Housing LIN programme - starting in 2022, welcomed the news and stated that:

“This is a really exciting programme and we are delighted to support for another year. It ties in neatly with our new Ageing Well strategy and improve our customers’ experiences in later life, and also supports future generations to become our future leaders.”

The successful applicants from a wide range of early professional backgrounds including: almshouses, housing associations, home improvement agencies, academia and architects – all expressing a strong passion for improving housing for an ageing population.

We look forward to reporting on this intake’s progress during the coming year.
