HAPPI Hour - Investing in Ideal Homes

The session on investing in places and communities to make an ideal home is supported by Winckworth Sherwood. It will explore the role Homes England play in investing to help shape local housing markets, as well as drawing on the experiences of a leading institutional investor in our sector. Winckworth Sherwood will also present on other funding arrangements.

This session will run shortly after today’s announcement from the Ministry of Housing, Communications and Local Government that thousands of people will be helped onto the housing ladder as funding worth £8.6 billion is allocated across the country (opens new window). This funding will help deliver new supported housing for some of the most vulnerable, providing much needed homes for older or disabled people with support needs.
