We are excited to share the recording of the first HAPPI Hour webinar of 2025, which focuses on the importance of Warm Spaces.

With NHS services experiencing significant winter pressures, this timely HAPPI Hour webinar explored the effectiveness of Clarion Futures’ Warm Spaces (now called Wellbeing Spaces) as a tool to support the mental, physical and financial health of Clarion Housing residents and their surrounding communities.

The session heard from those directly involved in managing the Rothesay Foundation funded Clarion Futures' Warm Spaces programme nationally and locally, including Clare Rennison, Communities Manager (Community Assets & Placemaking) at Clarion Futures Communities and Sam Kirkby, Warm Spaces Programme Lead at Sutton Centre in Bradford, along with Hannah Wix who presented the Housing LIN’s independent evaluation of the programme, in particular around the take up of the distributed Warm Packs across 10 of the Centres.
