We are excited to share the recording of the first HAPPI Hour webinar of 2025, which focuses on the importance of Warm Spaces.

With NHS services experiencing significant winter pressures, this timely HAPPI Hour webinar explored the effectiveness of Clarion Futures’ Warm Spaces as a tool to support the mental, physical and financial health of Clarion Housing residents and their surrounding communities.

The session heard from those directly involved and impacted by the Clarion Futures' Warm Spaces programme, such as Clare Rennison, Communities Manager (Community Assets & Placemaking) at Clarion Futures Communities and Sam Kirkby, Warm Spaces Programme Lead at Sutton Centre in Bradford.

The event also saw the Iaunch of the evaluation report written by Lois Beech, Consultancy and Partnerships Manager, Cicily Biji, Senior Data Analyst and Hannah Wix, Research Officer at the Housing LIN, and put the spotlight on a Clarion project where a range of warm interventions are making a significant impact.
