HAPPI days: Housing Design Awards 2023 shortlist announced

Several HAPPI-inspired projects have made it to the shortlist for this year's Housing Design Awards.

Organised by Design for Homes, these submissions feature a range of affordable and high-end housing options tailored for older individuals, from contemporary age-friendly housing design and retirement living to place-making extra care housing and new hospice provision.
