Habinteg Housing Association responds to the National Disability Strategy

The National Disability Strategy, published on 28 July 2021, sets out the actions that will positively impact every part of disabled people’s everyday lives, including accessible homes.

As a social housing provider, Habinteg Housing Association believe that having an accessible home in an inclusive setting can transform the lives of disabled people and those around them.

They have responded to the eight commitments made on accessible homes, highlighting the Strategy's shortcomings.
