Have your say - Growing housing with care: an in-depth sector survey

The Housing LIN has joined forces with EAC (Elderly Accommodation Counsel) to measure the sector’s appetite for, and interest in, housing with care. We know that there is a significant shortfall of provision, recently estimated at 30,000 units per annum, against latent demand. How is the sector responding?

In partnership with EAC, this comprehensive survey focuses primarily on the operator market for housing with care (also known as extra care housing or assisted living), and your organisation's intentions for growth in scheme development and/or in the delivery of care and support services over the next 5 years.

We've had an encouraging response so far and are now looking to run qualitative interviews by the end of the year. As a result, we are keeping the survey open for the same period. The new deadline for completion is 31st December.
