This event will showcase practical applications of the report’s recommendations here in Wales, offering insights into innovative approaches for modernising housing for older adults.

Join our expert panel for a discussion on the latest APPG on Housing and Care for Older People report on regenerating outdated sheltered housing. Since 2011, Wales has seen a reduction of over 2,500 local authority and housing association sheltered housing units, now down to 25,262.

We'll showcase the report’s implications for Welsh sheltered housing providers, featuring evidence from our Welsh members and Steering Group and highlighting additional case studies from the report.
