Housing LIN and Shakespeare Martineau Launch Rightsizing Survey

As announced at last week’s Housing LIN annual conferenece, we have teamed up with solicitors firm Shakespeare Martineau to publish this survey with our respective members and clients. We want to get a clearer understanding of why more later living accommodation is not being built, what the demand is for these types of properties and what will encourage developers to invest more in these types of properties.

Please have your say by Thursday, 18 April 2019 and also state in your reply if you would like to receive a copy of the report, be interviewed on this topic, and/or receive invites to future events on this topic.
