Inspirational Achievement: Jubilee Place, an Innovative modular living project

Living Plus are Places for People’s specialist supported living providers and they offer homeless people, including refugees, families and people with complex needs, a safe place to live.

We delighted to share this new Inspirational Achievement showcasing their innovative modular living project, Jubilee Place.

Funded by the government’s Rough Sleeping Accommodations Programme (RSAP) and the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, Jubilee Place, named in honour of Her Majesty The Queen, provides homes to 6 individuals at risk of rough sleeping.

And, from the perspective of Richard Lynch, Wellbeing Coordinator at Places for People, this Inspirational Achievement also shares a case study on the role and impact of wellbeing and social prescribing.
