Learning Disability England and Housing LIN producing a new guide – can you help?

Commissioned by NHS England, we are working with Learning Disability England to make 2 guides on choosing and finding where to live.

The guides will help commissioners and people with learning disabilities and autistic people plan for and get a home that works for them.
