More than integration: Triple-lock housing, health and social care

Following last week's General Election, the Housing LIN's chief executive, Jeremy Porteus, commented:

"With a commanding majority, we call on the incoming Labour government in its first 100 days to take bold and decisive action to 'triple-lock' investment in housing, the NHS and social care. We urge them to boost the supply of new affordable 'care-ready' homes, futureproof existing stock, commit to frontline health and social care funding, and support place-based interventions that deliver improved quality of life outcomes."

The new administration's response to these calls will be critical in shaping the future of housing and care services in the UK.
