NHS England release two new housing for people with learning disabilities or autism resources

Following the launch of research by LDAHN and Housing LIN, 'A lifeline for Lifetime Independence', we thought our members might be interested in two new resources published by NHS England. 

NHS England shared ‘Brick by Brick’, a new set of resources to help local systems and practitioners who are supporting autistic people and people with a learning disability to be discharged from mental health hospitals, to move on into the home of their choice.  

Meanwhile, the housing how to guide (opens new window), funded by NHS England and produced (and published) by Learning Disability England, gives people access to information on their housing rights and choices, and will help them plan for what kind of housing is right for them and their family.
