New Housing Minister appointed – Rachel Maclean MP

Following this week’s Cabinet reshuffle and the promotion of Lucy Frazer MP to the post of Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, Rachel Maclean MP has become the new Housing Minister in the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities.

She is the 6th Minister in this post over the last 12 months. We look forward to working with her and her officials and, more importantly, await her reaffirming the government’s commitment to establish an Older People’s Housing Task Force.
