TAPPI: Phase 2 - Call for proposals for an Evaluation and Shared Learning Partner
As announced in February, a second phase of the TAPPI programme has now been launched – TAPPI 2.
Co-production, evaluation and shared learning are central to TAPPI phase 2. The programme will be co-produced with stakeholders in the four successful locality “testbeds” over a 12-15-month period.
Whilst applications for a Co-production and Engagement partner are open until 18 March, The Dunhill Medical Trust (DMT) have now opened applications for an Evaluation and Shared Learning Partner (8 April deadline).
Co-production and Engagement Partner deadline reminder
The Co-Production and Engagement Partner will support the delivery of the programme and work with us and the locality testbeds to ensure the views of people who draw on services, their families and carers and housing organisations are reflected in the programme and the Framework.
The deadline for receipt of applications is Friday, 18 March at 5pm. Apply for funding here (opens new window).
Evaluation and Shared Learning Partner
The purpose of the Evaluation and Shared Learning Partner will be to work with key stakeholders to create a qualitative and quantitative benefits evaluation methodology and framework, capturing real-time data and evaluating during the programme as well as reporting the overall evaluation at the end of the programme.
The role of the evaluation and shared learning partner will be to:
- Collate the qualitative and quantitative results from the locality “testbeds” at both an individual tenant/person level and at service level, by producing an evaluation methodology and framework, which captures real-time data.
- Ensure that the evaluation methodology and framework would enable organisations to carry out ongoing evaluations themselves (both those within the TAPPI programme and other organisations) as a methodology they can make use of in future.
- Ensure the continuous evaluation of the programme leading to the creation of an overall evaluation and benefit realisation report to inform the final Framework.
- And report and feed into partners’ TAPPI phase 2 communications and shared learning activities.
The successful applicant will also work closely with the Housing LIN, the TEC Services Association (TSA) and the appointed co-production partner.
The deadline for receipt of applications is Friday, 8 April at 5pm. Apply for funding here (opens new window).
