At yesterday's Housing LIN SW Leadership Set meeting, we were delighted to be joined by guest speakers from the University of Exeter’s Health and Social Care Delivery Research to share preliminary findings on the evaluation of extra care housing as well as Exeter’s Innovation Regional Engagement Team on the research for the Devon Housing Commission (opens new window).

We also welcomed Tony Watts, cofounder of Age Action Alliance, and discussed the implications of the recent Taskforce findings and recommendations for the sector across the region, noting St Monica Trust’s The Chocolate Quarter in Keynsham is referenced in the report.
