The Vincent in Bristol wins Later Living/Supported Living Design of the Year
The Vincent in Bristol has won the British Home Award for the 2022 Later Living/Supported Living Design of the Year.
Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris architects for PegasusLife/Lifestory Group, this is the 2nd award the development has won in recent years, following its' success in the HAPPI category in last year's Housing Design Awards.
The Vincent comprises of 65 stylish apartments with attractive communal facilities which are set within both the existing building - Queen Victoria House (Formally St Vincent's lodge) and two adjacent new build mansion blocks on a podium, all located within retained mature gardens nestled beside Clifton Downs.
