This week we shared a new Housing LIN blog by Jon Pritchard, Associate Director of Housing and Community Inclusion at Southern Health Trust, who shared insight on what is being done to address increasing levels of anxiety around the security, cost and sustainability of housing.

Tuesday's HAPPI Hour webinar on age-friendly social housing welcomed excellent presentations on cutting-edge research on naturally occuring retirement communities (NORCs) from Manchester Universities and new iconic extra care housing in London. Missed this? Rewatch here!

Then, on Wednesday, we held an invite-only roundtable (opens new window) with EE on the 2025 digital switchover for trade and professional bodies associated with specialist and supported housing. We heard from contributions from across the sector who highlighted the key actions required to ensure the sector is digitally prepared.
