Today's Housing LIN Future Leaders inspire a future generation of sector leaders

The 4th cohort of the Housing LIN’s Future Leaders Programme (FLP) met online today, joined by guest speakers Louise Read, General Counsel at Inspired Villages Group, and Maxine Espley, Chief Operating Officer at Green Square Accord. Both shared their personal leadership journeys, from embracing change to having imposter syndrome and having qualities to be a compassionate leader to building up one’s personal resilience to cope with challenge, our class of 2024 learned so much from their passionate presentations.

Sponsored by IVG, we now look forward to our next meeting in December which will be in person at the award-winning Appleby Blue almshouse in Southwark, London. We will also be joined by the previous FLP 3 cohorts so that Future Leaders past and present can network, exchange their professional development experience and share how the FLP has changed them.
