Updated Telecare Stakeholder Action Plan published

The government has today published its first update to last year’s Telecare Stakeholder Action Plan (opens new window).

This update sets out the work it has been taking forward since in the initial publication in December 2022, and includes a general background narrative to telecare and the switchover.

This narrative is the only comprehensive up to date account of what is happening on the analogue to digital phone switchover and how this is linked to the telecare sector. It makes various references to supported and sheltered housing, and the Housing LIN/TSA TAPPI project.
