We’re delighted to welcome on board ateb - one of the largest providers of older persons housing in West Wales - as a sponsor of the Housing LIN!

The ateb Group (opens new window) (where ateb means answer or solution in Welsh) is a unique set of companies that collectively has the shared aspirational purpose of creating better living solutions for the people and communities of West Wales.

Mark Lewis, Executive Director for Customer at ateb, said:

“ateb as one of the largest providers of older persons housing in West Wales, including 2 large extra care services in Haverfordwest and Milford Haven are delighted to have become a sponsor of Housing LIN Cymru. Sponsorship will enable ateb to support the great work of Housing Lin Cymru and engage and share best practice with others across Wales who are passionate about the delivery of high-quality housing for an ageing population.

It will support our aim of creating better living solutions for people and communities across West Wales, specifically in the delivery of appropriate local housing solutions that meet the needs and aspirations of an ageing population, and support the development of services we deliver to older people in communities across Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion through ateb and West Wales Care and Repair.”

Jeremy Porteus, CEO at Housing LIN, added:

“We are absolutely delighted that ateb group have come on board as a sponsor of Housing LIN Cymru. They will bring a wealth of experience to our Welsh Steering Group, drawing on their expertise in West Wales delivery housing solutions, including for older people, and care and repair services supporting people in their homes as their needs change.”
