Description of Scheme

Housing with Care Schemes enable vulnerable adults, usually aged 55 and older, to live as independently as possible in the community. Our aim is to provide a supportive environment which promotes independence and avoids the need for residential or nursing care for as long as possible.

Outward Housing Support, Newlon Housing, Hackney Council and NHS City and Hackney are working together in an exciting way to give people more choices about where they live.
