Local health and care planning: menu of preventative interventions

Public Health England (PHE) has produced this menu of preventative interventions (MoI), building on the NHS England Prevention Aide - Memoire , a guide that was developed to help local leaders work together across sustainability and trans formation plan (STP) footprints.

The MoI is a work in progress, and PHE welcomes feedback from system partners via email at [log in to view email address] . This will help inform the development of future PHE products.
