Identifying the Economic Value of the Keiro Pathway (Integrated Health, Housing & Care)

The North East & Cumbria Academic Health Science Network commissioned an independent health economic report (from YHEC) to identify the economic value of the Keiro Service Pathway. This pathway project is live at The Gateway in Middlesbrough. A public/private partnership delivering an integrated service from hospital to home in collaboration with partners from Housing, Education, 3rd Sector, Health, Social Care and the independent sector.
