Extra Care Housing Toolkit

Please note, this toolkit has been replaced by the Strategic Housing for Older People Resource Pack. It was originally developed by the Housing LIN to help local councils develop their extra care housing strategy, undertake needs analysis, and assessing current and potential supply, implementation and evaluation.

This archived page is only available for background information. However, using the SHOP@ principles, the Housing LIN has since worked with many councils individually to further develop and apply them to help produce their local housing strategies for extra care housing and/or supported housing.
