DHSC CASSH Fund 2022 - 25

On 1 December 2021, in its Adult Social Care Reform White Paper, ‘Putting People at the heart of Care’, the government announced a series stimulus packages including a further £210m capital allocation for the Care and Support Specialised Housing Fund for the period 2022-2025 to boost the supply of specialist/supported housing.

We are awaiting further details on the grant arrangements. However, do view the Prospectus under the previous round (Phase Two) for information on the current funding arrangements administered by Homes England and the Greater London Authority.
