This Housing LIN Case Study no 97 describes the major regeneration Oak Tree House, situated in Dee Park, Reading, Berkshire, is currently undergoing to create a mixed tenure estate of flats and houses, and the achievements to date.
The Dee Park Estate is a 60 unit extra care housing scheme owned and managed by Catalyst Housing Ltd. Developed in partnership between Reading Borough Council and the Dee Park Partnership (DPP), a Joint Venture of Catalyst Housing Limited and Willmott Dixon Prime Place, and designed by architects HTA Design LLP, it is the first purpose-built extra care housing scheme completed in Reading.
