A Q&A with Gary Baillie from Bield Housing & Care

In the buildup to ITEC2023 (opens new window), (27+28 March 2023 in Birmingham) TSA caught up with Gary Baillie, BR24 Manager at Bield Housing & Care - our Scottish TAPPI testbed - about what he's most looking forward to at this year's Conference and his views on the benefits of being a TSA member.

Bield Response 24 (BR24) is Bield Housing & Care’s digital alarm monitoring service which operates 24/7, 365 days a year. This service is available to support people in both planned and emergency situations and provides greater piece of mind for their loved ones.

As the BR24 Service Manager, Gary is responsible for ensuring all aspects of their operations meet Bield requirements, leading on the delivery and improvement of BR24’s customer-centred approach across Bield, consulting with key internal and external partners whilst providing leadership and management support to the BR24 team.
