This Housing LIN Case Study no 121 reflects the lessons of using HOLD (Home Ownership for people with Long-term Disabilities) in Wales to part buy/part rent accommodation under a shared ownership scheme.

It is based on the experience of one of MySafeHome's clients called Emma (not her real name) and briefly describes her personal journey to home ownership and the huge impact it's had on her life.
